  • The Prologue has two spaces available for rental. Salon at the Prologue is our indoor space with a seating capacity of 110 and Jardin at The Prologue is our courtyard space with a seating capacity of 250

    • Airbnb that overlooks Jardin at the Prologue.

  • For weddings: you will have use of your rental space from 10am-12am. All vendors must be finished with cleanup by 1am. If guests stay after 12 am overtime charge will be $150/ hour. For all other social events, it will be specified in the contract.

  • If your ceremony and/or reception is at Jardin at the Prologue we ask that you make a decision one week prior to order tent. If client has rental of the entire facility and guest count is 100 or less we ask that clients make a decision 4 hours prior to event to guarantee the proper setup of the backup location.

  • The Prologue does not have onsite parking, there is street packing available on Market as well and Pearl streets. There is are three public parking areas located near the site and within walking distance. Downtown Parking Garage (free on weeknights after 5PM and on weekends). Pearl Street Parking Ramp (62 spaces) and Black Street lot west and east (187 spaces). Valet services are available for additional fees

  • The Prologue requires that you use a caterer from the approved caterer list. The Prologue is the bar provider for services as we hold the liquor license for the facility. We offer multiple different bar packages to choose from. Please send in an inquiry if you are wanting to see a list of preferred vendors.

  • The Prologue requires all wedding clients have event insurance for the day.

  • Prep kitchen, commercial ice maker, and spacious countertops. Our kitchen is strictly for prepping, plating, and food presentation.

  • To secure your date we require a signed contract 50% rental deposit. All remaining balances are split as follow:

    — 25% due 90 days before event date

    — 25% 30 day before event date. Events not paid in full 14 days prior will be canceled. Other payment plans can be arranged

  • We offer an open vendor policy and have a list of suggested vendors that have proved to provide an unparalleled event. Catering must be chosen from the list and the bar is through The Prologue.

    All vendors that work or make deliverables to The Prologue must be licensed (if applicable) and insured. All vendor must submit their business license(if applicable) and certificate of insurance 30 days prior to the event.
